For this renovation, we completely transformed the main floor of this lakefront home making it the ideal living space for our clients. We demolished and rearranged the 1700 sqft. layout, while maintaining the original mid-century architecture that already existed within the home. This included the addition of a large primary suite, opening up the floor plan to expand the lake views, and refacing the entire fireplace. Home features include a wet room with heated floors, custom Amish cabinetry, quartz countertops, and modern finishes throughout.
