The Portage Point Project
The Portage Point Project completely reimagined this lakefront cottage on Portage Lakes’ West Reservoir. What was an existing 1000 sq ft. lake cottage is now a beautiful 3 bed/2.5 bath family home after adding on a full addition to the existing structure. In the total home renovation is an all new walkout basement bar area, wraparound porch, master suite, and a vaulted kitchen area where a small lofted area previously existed. As with all of our lakefront properties, square footage is at an extreme premium and our design centered around creating living spaces that highlight the full bank of lake facing windows so our clients can enjoy the lake view all year.
