The Leighurst Project
The Leighurst Project is another waterfront Portage Lakes renovation Shultz Design & Construction was extremely happy to be chosen for. We updated the entire lower level to create the ultimate entertainers dream - including a full bar, media room, workout area, full bathroom/bedroom, and an exterior covered porch refresh. The finishes, as selected by our designers alongside the homeowners, are a perfect mesh of lake breeze and a modern bar setting to enjoy a cold beer at after a long day at the lake.
